Dougherty and Associates helps organizations develop strategies for managing change. The processes we use are powerful and flexible, and more importantly, they work. Our work assumes broad staff participation in the change process. We believe that those who are expected to implement a change are more likely to commit to change if they are also involved.
D&A works with single institutions or groups of institutions, e.g., library consortia.

• one-on-one coaching for managers which includes helping clients identify available options for solving problems;
• designing meeting and program formats.
